My name is Massimo Ottani.
I come from Latina, a City located along the Tyrrhenina coast, between Naples ad Rome.
I am certified in making Neapolitan Pizza, having studied in Italy under the Master Napolitan Pizzaiolo Gianfranco Ambrosino.
In our pizzeria we use only certified quality products. Our dough is made using only water, flour, yeast and salt, following the Italian tradition.
